BLIR is an online arts publication dedicated to promoting the
work of international, emerging artists. Produced on a bi-monthly
basis, BLIR presents six to seven artists in various mediums,
including: painting, drawing, printmaking,illustration, photography,
mixed media + graphic design.

All artwork shown on BLIR is copyrighted and protected material
and may not be reproduced, adapted or altered w/o the consent
of the original artist(s).

Submissions are welcome on an ongoing basis.
